What about reorders?
If you sell out fast reorder at anytime and we'll turn it around fast!
What about returns and restocking fees?
SheBloom charges a 20% restocking fee plus shipping to return unwanted items. Each piece is custom and made to order. That excludes damaged pieces. Everything is inspected thoroughly prior to packing and shipping. No returns accepted without prior authorization. Claims must be made within 3-5 working days of receiving.
Can I pick from the site and have hats made special for my store?
You can do both! I can tailor hats to fit your clothing selection.
What about shipping and delivery?
Orders will be shipped via UPS or USPS.
How many units of each category would you recommend buying at a time? Shoppers like options and fuller displays get people to buy. There's a 12 piece minimum on first time orders.. you can mix and match any category. Reorders are typically 6 pieces.
What about payment?
SheBloom requires credit cards to place orders and ship them.
